Guided Reading for Meaning™ 201: Rapidly Moving Student Readers in Grades K-2
Designed specifically for Grades K-2, Guided Reading for Meaning™ 201 will transform the way you coach your readers during virtual Guided Reading. At this time of year, many teachers grapple with how to support students who get “stuck” at specific levels. This institute will give you the tools to rapidly help students move beyond these levels to become proficient readers. During Guided Reading for Meaning™ 201 we will dive deep into the key characteristics of specific reading level bands and show you how to use your understanding of the levels to effectively coach readers. We will analyze video of student readers, share proven tools and methods for high-impact coaching at key levels, and provide robust models of strong student coaching in action.
