Achieving excellent student outcomes starts with strong leadership. This workshop will teach leaders how to effectively set an instructional vision, monitor progress, and achieve results across their grade level or school, specifically focusing on meeting end-of-year benchmarks. Participants will engage in the guided development of an instructional management plan tailored to their current data and the needs of their schools.
