Franny serves as an Editorial Manager at Lavinia Group, where she supports creating and enhancing of a robust science-based, standards-aligned curriculum for K–8 students. She supports with editorial style decisions and alignment to ensure consistent, quality curriculum. She also manages all production stages and ensures continuous improvement of editorial processes. Before joining Lavinia Group, Franny edited curriculum and textbooks for both HarperCollins UK and Pearson Australia. Franny also served as a classroom English teacher in both Colorado and Arizona. She led curriculum development teams and was an instructional leader for both middle and high school.
