Since graduating from Davidson College in 2013, Genna has spent her career in education reform and providing world-class education opportunities for students around the country. She spent two years in New Orleans as an Algebra teacher with Teach for America where 100% of her students passed the Louisiana EOC Algebra assessment. Genna then moved to New York to work as a school and network operations team member for Success Academy Charter Schools for five years. Genna is passionate about providing strong systems and the infrastructure that allows for instructional leaders, teachers, and students to thrive.
