Molly brings a variety of leadership experience to Lavinia Group. She recently was the principal at Breakthrough Schools in Cleveland, Ohio. Molly was able to grow her infant K-2 school into one of the top-performing K-4 schools in the city of Cleveland. Among 12 other network schools, her school ranked the highest on the Ohio State Test in both ELA and Math. Molly previously worked across three schools at Success Academy Charter Schools as a teacher, grade team leader, assistant principal, and principal, and each school consistently performed in the top five percent of the network. She graduated from Le Moyne College with a bachelor’s degree in Business and earned her master’s in Education from John Carroll University. Molly is committed to providing high-quality instruction to all students.
