These workshops introduce participants to the RedThread Foundations and Knowledge curricula, focusing on the key elements and strategies needed to effectively teach Units 1 and 2.

What Participants Will Learn:

• Understand the structure and goals of each program.
• Learn foundational strategies for phonics instruction (Foundations) and integrating literacy with content (Knowledge).
• Observe model lessons and collaborate with peers to plan and refine lessons.
• Practice key techniques with guidance and feedback to build confidence in implementing the programs.

Virtual Unit IP and Practice Launches (Units 3-6)

These interactive sessions provide ongoing support and guidance to prepare educators for each unit in both programs.

What You’ll Learn:

• Observe model lessons that highlight advanced instructional strategies.
• Plan and practice lessons, with opportunities for feedback and discussion.
• Share insights and approaches to support diverse learners and foster student engagement.
