We believe every student, regardless of their circumstances or starting point, deserves the opportunity to SHINE in the classroom—to build confidence, embrace academic challenges, and experience the joy of learning
The reality is that every summer, students risk experiencing the "summer slide," with studies showing potential losses of two to three months of hard-earned progress in reading and math made during the school year.
For students who are already struggling with unfinished learning, this loss has an even greater impact. What if summer wasn't about losing ground but gaining it? What if your students find their SHINE instead?
With 20 days of dedicated summer literacy and math instruction, RISE Summer Learning Program addresses unfinished learning head-on.
