Throughout Robin’s two decades as an educator, she has been committed to actively transforming schools toward more equitable outcomes for all students. Robin is excited to bring this experience to Lavinia Group as a Director of Curriculum & Implementation and Instructional Consultant. Previously, Robin led schools in New York and California focused on early literacy and numeracy, inclusive education, constructivist practices, and project-based learning. During her time as an educator, she has led and nurtured the implementation of progressive and transformative education through deeper learning principles, improvement science methodologies, and equity practices. Robin received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona’s School of Education, a master’s degree in Special Education with a focus in Learning Disabilities from Hunter College in New York City, and a master’s degree in School Leadership from the High Tech High Graduate School of Education. Robin is passionate about partnering with others as a colleague, coach, and collaborative leader to help design, reflect, and improve on ideas and practices. When she’s not in school she loves spending time with her husband and two daughters, long days at the beach, reading, dancing, and family snuggle time.
