Shanice Williams is an accomplished educational professional with over 15 years of experience in various roles within the field. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Chemistry from Northwestern State University, where she also completed her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. Building upon her qualifications, Shanice recently obtained a Doctorate in Education from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, further enriching her expertise.

Throughout her career, Shanice has showcased her diverse skill set and leadership abilities in positions such as Chemistry teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Executive Director of a charter system. Her exceptional aptitude for managing complex initiatives and programs is evident, as she excels in strategic planning, project management, and effective communication.

Beyond her professional achievements, Shanice actively engages with various professional organizations, including the Louisiana Association of Principals and the Louisiana Association of Public Charter Schools. She is committed to continuous growth and development, actively participating in networks like the National Charter Collaborative - A Network for Charter School Leaders of Color.
