Stephanie is thrilled to be joining Lavinia Group as a Managing Director. She is a lifelong educator who believes deeply in children and the adults that teach them. Prior to joining Lavinia Group, she was the superintendent of schools at Achievement First. In that role, she oversaw student achievement across 41 schools in 3 states through the training and coaching of principals, the development and implementation of principal best practices, and the evaluation of principals and schools. She also served as the Chief of Schools for elementary schools, a regional superintendent, and principal at Achievement First. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology and education from the College of William and Mary. Stephanie holds her Master’s degree in reading and literacy from Boston College.
