Stephanie serves as the Vice President of School Partnerships at Lavinia Group. She is responsible for ensuring that 100% of Lavinia Group partnerships reach their ambitious goals. She provides executive coaching to several CEOs and superintendents across the country as well as coaches and develops the internal team at Lavinia Group. Ms. Keenoy has particular expertise in research-based literacy instruction, mathematics, and special education. She has extensive experience in managing and supporting school systems to achieve excellent results and reach their goals, which has included 10-point increases in proficiency in both ELA and Math state testing scores in a single year. She has also supported districts and networks to create long-term strategic plans, open new schools, and adopt new curricula. Prior to joining Lavinia Group, Ms. Keenoy was the superintendent of a school system serving 41 schools in 3 states. She oversaw the training, coaching, and management of district leaders, school leaders, and teachers. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology and education from the College of William and Mary.
