However, we realize that some schools are looking for more flexible learning options to account for scheduling demands, the need for teachers to participate in multiple courses at the same time, or to support educators hired midyear. Yes! The asynchronous content is differentiated by grade bands through videos, lesson plans, and resources. During the live training, teachers will spend the majority of the time planning and practicing in grade-band sessions with a Lavinia Group consultant who specializes in that grade and content.
