Taina is eager to contribute to the vital work Lavinia Group is doing to build capacity and close the achievement gap in our country. Taina began her work in education as an Operations Coordinator at Success Academy Charter Schools. Before the end of her first year, she learned that her real passion lies in teaching and transitioned into working in the classroom. Taina worked as a Humanities teacher for 4 year before transitioning into a role as an Assistant Principal. Taina earned her Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
